Yes yes I’m still alive, but no no, I have nothing to say. It just seems like I can’t get the inspiration to write anything these days, so my posts will probably either a) pick up over the next few weeks as I force myself to do it or b) die a complete death until I get around to designing my new portfolio.
Yes, another new portfolio. It’s about time I made a proper one, because I spend so much time designing other people websites that it’s about time I got a decent one of my own. I’m working on it all this week fingers crossed, with a view to launch it around the end of the month.
The eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed that The Last has finally launched again. That’s been the main project that has been niggling at the back of my mind for quite some time as I’ve been desperate to get it up and finished, but I’ve just not found the time. I won’t lie; I’m finding it incredibly difficult at the moment to get used to doing it every week again and finding a place to do it regularly every week, but I’ll get there eventually.
I don’t quite know when it happened, but these days I seem to have no time. I don’t seem to have many more projects or good things to show for it either, it just seems that time now goes faster than every before. The ironic thing is is that I used to get more done when I got home an hour later.
Anyway, toodles for now. Look at that, I managed to write 279 words of utter balls, and I didn’t even try.
You got more done when you got home an hour later because you knew how much time you had free. But now that you have that “extra hour” you know you can do nothing and won’t be any worse off. But that’s the evilness of the “extra hour” it turns into several hours very very quickly and before you know it all your evening has gone. So beware the “extra hour”, don’t let it fool you any longer. I myself am battling with the “extra hour”, it’s a hard battle. Good luck to you!
I have two extra hours. I’m in trouble aren’t I?
Let me know when you want me to bombard you with links for thela.st.
You should install Disqus on this website ;)
Kimmy, You’re right completely.
Rob, you’re in stupid amounts of trouble.
And Darf, not sure about the Disqus thingy yet. My old comments will vanish won’t they? And I sent you a message about The Last.
Nope! Once you setup an account you synchronise them with the website, and then Disqus just takes control. They don’t leave your database. When new comments are made they are posted to your database, but they auto-synchronise to the Disqus page as well. If you uninstall the software the comments simply appear on your blog as they would normally.
I didn’t get your message unfortunately mate. Did you e-mail it to me, or?
I sent it to your gMail IM thingy when you were online last night. I’ll eMail you.
Ah, sorry. I was probably elsewhere and didn’t notice it. My bad.
